Creating a cleaner enviroment

Stricter govermental regulations and an increased awareness of our enviroment have created a whole new corporate attitude towards acid waste effluent handling.
Scientific Plastics has established itself as a leader in providing industry with safe, innovative and economical analyzing and neutralization systems that help check effluent before it reaches city drainage lines
These systems are unequaled in protecting sewer systems and the enviroment by collecting and analyzing effluent and treating and recording pH levels before automatically releasing it into public drainage systems once a safe pH level has been established.
Analyzers

Analyzer I and Analyzer II are designed for use with virtually any acid waste effluent line. Using alarms, they adssure that the neutralization system is producing a safe pH effluent before it reaches the sanitary sewer lines. Analyzer I also has a strip recorder.

Whether incorporated into a pH system aplication or installed in conjunction with other neutralizing tank systems, our analyzers are providing a popular choice for a wide variety of industrial applications.
          Here's why:
  • The Analyzer I System monitors wastes and keeps an accurate, permanent 30 day record to satisfy EPA requirements.
  • It's fast and accurate in its ability to analyze and record a neutralizing system's output.
  • Alarms enable the Analyzer I and II to signal for assistance if there is a problem with the output pH of the neutralizing system using both audio and visual means.
Analyzer III protects your sewage system
High pH output from your acid waste system will damage public sewage systems as well as the enviroment. Analyzer III is designed to prevent that from happening. Adaptable to a wide variety of sewage disposal systems, Analyzer III collects, analyzes, treats and records pH levels before automatically releasing the effluent into city drainage lines once a safe pH level has been established. The result? Unequaled protection to susceptible drainage components into which the effluent is discharged, as well as virtual elimination of enviromental risks due to drainage system component failure.
